How to Add eBay Products

To add eBay products to your This is Freelance article you will need an eBay Publisher Network (ePN) account. Be warned, you will need your own website to be accepted here, and it will generally need to already have a fairly large amount of traffic.  Due to eBay mentioning several times that they do not completely approve of sites allowing revenue sharing we cannot guarantee that eBay advertisements will shown on This is Freelance forever.

If you do have an ePN account, then you can enter your campaign code in your profile.  Once your code is set, then you can begin to add eBay content in your posts.

To add eBay Products to your posts in a new post (Or when editing an old post) scroll down to custom values. Here you will see a drop down box, from which you need to choose ‘ebay_search’, select this.  In the values box beside it you can place your keywords, and use operators.  For instance

Orange would bring back any result with ‘orange’ in it.

“orange fruit” would bring back any result with the word “orange fruit”

orange +fruit would bring back results for orange which also include the word fruit

orange -fruit would bring back results for orange which do not include the word fruit.
