How to Activate Adsense

One of the great things about This is Freelance is that it is easy to integrate your Adsense code to earn cash from your articles. To do this you will need an Adsense account, and from this you will need your Publisher ID (ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, you can just add the ca- to your pub ID if it is not already there).

When you have this ID all you have to do is go to Your Google Advertising ID panel under your dashboard settings.  Here you can insert your Google advertising ID and save it in our system.

Once your Google Advertising ID is set your ID will be placed in 60% of the Google Adsense page impressions, unless we have a promotion in place, in which case it may be higher! You can check that your code is inserted correctly by viewing the source code of a page. You will see your own adsense code appear around 6 out of every 10 impressions.
