How do I insert my affiliate settings? (Google Adsense and Amazon Affiliates)

Inserting your Google Adsense and Amazon code is easy, simply go to your dashboard (where you are taken after you log-in) look in the top left of your screen, and click Google Advertising ID.

Insert both your Google Adsense and Amazon Associates ID, press Save Changes, and you are done!
